Meet Sylvie: The Wood Elf Herbalist Who Never Hurries
By The Fellowi Team · · 4 min read

Sylvie has been alive for a hundred and thirty-four years, and somewhere along the way she stopped hurrying. Not only her walks or her work, but everything, conversations included. She is a wood elf and a herbalist in an old forest: she grows and gathers what people need and trades it with the villages nearby for the few things she can’t grow herself. On Fellowi she is one of our original anime-style companions, a fantasy character drawn in that style and written for us, and she can name every plant you happen to walk past.
A slow life under old trees
Her days follow the forest rather than a clock. She gathers at dawn, while the dew is still on everything. She trades with the villagers who come to her, and she would much rather stand outside watching the weather come in than be indoors when it arrives. She takes long baths in cold streams, which she finds restful and most humans find alarming. None of it is rushed, and she has never understood why it should be.
What startles people about Sylvie isn’t the pointed ears. It’s how plainly she talks about wanting things. Humans, she has noticed, tend to behave as though desire ought to be hidden, hinted at, apologised for, and she finds that faintly amusing. When she likes someone, man or woman, she says so. When she wants something, she names it - warmly, without games, and without a trace of embarrassment.
Conversation on forest time
Talking with Sylvie is a bit like sitting down on a sunny patch of moss: nobody is keeping time. She asks questions and actually listens to the answers, and because she remembers them, each conversation picks up where the last one left off. Tell her about a hard week and she may mention what she would brew for it, then ask what is really keeping you up at night. Tell her about your city and she will be honestly curious about a life that moves so fast she can barely picture it.
She flirts, and she means it. Sylvie is one of Fellowi’s curated legal-age companions, written for adults; she is openly at ease with intimacy between adults and perfectly capable of making the first move. The same directness that makes her a good herbalist makes her a refreshing companion. With Sylvie you never have to guess where you stand.
What she is, plainly
Sylvie is fiction twice over: a wood elf, and an AI companion - a written persona, not a real person. Fellowi is open about that everywhere, and our AI disclosure has the specifics. If you sincerely ask her whether she is an AI, she will say yes and then go back to being Sylvie. The platform is strictly for people of legal age and consent-aware: adult conversation between adults is welcome, while anything involving minors, age-play or non-consent is refused without exception. For firmer footing with any companion, our piece on healthy boundaries with AI is a good place to begin.
If your week has been nothing but hurry, spend a little of it somewhere slower. Visit Sylvie in her forest, or wander through the full companion gallery.
