Introducing Fellowi Video: Turn Any Image Into a 4-Second Clip With Sound

A still image is a moment frozen. Starting today, you can let it go. Fellowi Video takes any picture you own and turns it into a 4-second clip at 720p, complete with generated sound, from a single sentence describing how the scene should move. What Fellowi Video actually does

There is a text-to-video path too, but this post is about the image one, and for a specific person it is the better tool. You start from a picture: one you upload, or a photo you generated a minute ago in the Photo tab. That image fixes what is in the frame - the person, the room, the light, the outfit. Your prompt then describes what happens next: a slow push of the camera, hair moving in a breeze, a turn of the head, rain starting to fall. The result is a short clip that looks like the image came alive, with sound generated to match the scene.

The numbers, plainly:

• Length: 4 seconds per clip.
• Resolution: 720p.
• Audio: generated with the video, not silent.
• Render time: a few minutes, not seconds. Video is heavy work.

A generation, step by step

Here is exactly what happens from the first click to the finished clip.

• 1. Open the studio. Tap the magic-wand icon in the header. The studio opens on two tabs, Photo and Video. Pick Video. Guests can look around; generating needs an account.
• 2. Choose a start image. Upload a picture from your device, or select a photo you generated in the Photo tab. This frame is the anchor for everything that follows.
• 3. Describe the motion. Write what should move and how: the camera, the subject, the pace, the mood. Keep it to one or two clear actions - four seconds is short. Our video prompt guide goes deep on this.
• 4. Generate. The cost is shown before you confirm, and your balance sits in the top-right corner the whole time. Press the button and the render is queued.
• 5. Wait, or don’t. The page checks on the render for you and shows the clip the moment it is ready. You can reload, switch tabs, or leave and come back: the generation is saved on your account, not in the browser tab, so it will be waiting for you.

What it costs

There are two ways to pay for a video, and you never need both.

500 Fellowi Coins per clip

Fellowi Coins are the pay-as-you-go balance you may already use for images. A video costs 500 coins. The Starter pack is exactly 500 coins for €2.99, so one clip costs €2.99 at the smallest pack and less as you buy bigger: the Creator pack (3,250 coins for €9.99) covers six videos with change to spare, and coins never expire. Or the Director allowance

Director is the new plan above Ultra Premium, at €59.99 a month. It includes 15 videos every rolling 30 days with no coins involved, alongside 300 companion photos, 15 creator-avatar slots and everything Ultra Premium already has. When a render fails

Video generation is not perfect yet, and some renders will fail: the model can reject a prompt, a start image can be a poor fit, or the render can simply time out. Our rule is simple: a failed video never costs you anything. If you paid in coins, they are refunded to your balance automatically. If the video came from your Director allowance, the slot is returned. You see a clear failure message, not a spinner that never ends, and you can adjust the prompt and try again.

Who it is for

Fellowi is an 18+ platform, and Fellowi Video follows the same rules as the rest of it. Adult content between adults is allowed. Anything involving minors, or anything non-consensual, is refused outright. Your start images are your own uploads; no human looks at them. Beyond that, the tool is for anyone who has a picture they wish would move: a portrait you want to breathe, a landscape you want to shimmer, a generated photo you want to see turn towards the camera.

Frequently asked questions

Can I make a video from a text prompt alone?

No. Fellowi Video always needs a start image. If you have nothing to start from, generate a photo in the Photo tab first (40 coins for a standard image) and animate that.

How long does a render take?

A few minutes. The page keeps checking for you, and the clip appears as soon as it is ready. You do not have to keep the tab open.

Do I need a subscription?

No. Any account can buy Fellowi Coins and generate videos at 500 coins each. Director is the only plan that includes videos, and it is optional.

What happens to unused Director videos?

They expire with the 30-day window. The allowance resets, it does not accumulate.

Is there a free video in the trial?

The 7-day free trial includes 40 coins, which covers one standard image but not a video. A Starter pack (€2.99) gets you your first clip.
