Fellowi Images and Video have always run on coins - buy a package, spend it on generations, top up when you run low. Generation Plans add a second option on top of that: a monthly subscription that puts a fixed batch of coins in your wallet automatically, every billing cycle, without you having to remember to buy a pack.

A separate subscription, not a repricing of your chat plan

This is genuinely a second product, not a rename of the chat tiers. Your chat plan (Basic, Premium, Ultra Premium, Director) still governs your messaging limits and chat features exactly as before - see the full breakdown on the product facts page. A Generation Plan is billed separately, buys nothing in chat, and can be cancelled without touching your chat subscription at all. You can hold a chat plan, a Generation Plan, both, or neither. The four tiers happen to share names with the chat tiers (Basic, Premium, Ultra Premium, Director) because it's the same familiar ladder - but they are different products under the hood, priced and billed on their own.

What you actually get

Every plan credits a base amount of coins each month, plus a bonus baked into the plan itself - the bigger the tier, the better the bonus works out per coin. Subscribe for the first time and your very first month also carries a one-time extra on top of that, on us. From there, coins land in your Fellowi Coins wallet automatically every renewal - the same wallet a one-off coin package tops up, so there's nothing separate to track or spend from a different balance. Unused coins simply carry forward; nothing expires at the end of the month.

Pay yearly instead of monthly and you're charged ten months for twelve - two months free, the same rule Fellowi's chat plans already use.

Is it actually the cheapest way to buy coins?

Honestly: not always, and we'd rather say that plainly than oversell it. A Generation Plan's per-coin price is competitive, but at the largest one-off coin packages you can sometimes do slightly better on raw price per coin if you're comfortable manually topping up a big pack yourself each time you run low. What a Generation Plan actually buys you is predictability - coins show up automatically every month with no action needed, plus that first-month bonus - not a guarantee of the single lowest price per coin across every option. Who this is actually for

If you generate images or video regularly enough that you're topping up a coin package more than once a month anyway, a Generation Plan turns that into something automatic instead of a recurring chore - and the first-month bonus is a real, one-time head start. If you generate occasionally, a one-off coin package still makes more sense; there's no reason to commit to a subscription for something you do a few times a month.
