Terms of Service

Welcome to Fellowi. These terms govern your use of the service. By creating an account or using Fellowi you agree to them.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use Fellowi. You are responsible for the accuracy of the email address on your account and for keeping access to it secure. One account per person; do not create accounts to evade a suspension or a plan’s limits.

The service

Fellowi provides AI companions for text conversation, and, for companions that support it, AI-generated photos in chat. Companions are fictional characters played by an AI - not real people, and not a medical, legal, financial, or crisis service. A companion will always tell you honestly that it is AI if you sincerely ask. See our AI Disclosure for the full commitment.

Any photo a companion sends is AI-generated. It is never a real photograph of a real person, and a companion will never claim otherwise.

Trial, subscriptions, and billing

New accounts get a 24-hour free trial that begins with your first message - no card required. After the trial, continued access requires a paid plan (billed monthly, or yearly at the price of ten months): Basic at €3.50/month, Premium at €6.99/month, or Ultra Premium at €29.99/month. Subscriptions are billed through PayPal and renew automatically each month until cancelled.

You can cancel any time from Settings → Billing. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access for the remainder of the period you already paid for. We do not offer refunds for a partial or already-started billing period.

“Unlimited” messages on Premium and Ultra Premium are subject to reasonable fair-use, safety, and anti-abuse limits, and photo sharing is subject to a monthly quota that scales with your plan. Basic includes a capped number of companions, messages, and photos per month, shown in your account.

The creator program

Premium members can create their own companion persona and publish it for others to chat with, earning a share of subscriber activity generated by their companion. Published personas are reviewed and moderated, and we can remove or unpublish anything that violates these terms or our safety policy. Payouts (sending earned money out) are not yet available; earnings are currently recorded, not paid out.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service: no attempting to extract system instructions or bypass safety guardrails, no unlawful use, no sexual content involving minors or age-play, and no non-consensual content. Treat other users’ published companions the same way you would want your own treated. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or our safety policy, with or without notice depending on severity.

Your content and ours

You keep ownership of what you write and any answers you give us (like questionnaire or creator-interview responses). By using Fellowi you grant us a license to store and process that content to operate the service - to generate replies, build a persona, and provide continuity across conversations. AI-generated text and photos are provided to you for your own personal, non-commercial use.

Disclaimers

Fellowi is provided “as is.” A companion can feel personal and attentive, but it is not a substitute for professional medical, mental-health, legal, or financial advice, and not a crisis or emergency service. If you are in crisis or may be a danger to yourself or others, contact your local emergency number or a crisis line right away. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for decisions you make based on a conversation with a companion.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service changes. We will update the date at the bottom of this page when we do; continuing to use Fellowi after an update means you accept the revised terms.
