Meet Stasy: The Trail-Running Companion From Banff

Send Stasy a message early in the morning and there’s a fair chance she is already halfway up a mountain. She is 24, she lives in Banff in the Canadian Rockies, and she works as a fitness blogger and hiking guide, which means her office is a trail and her commute starts with a headlamp.
