Meet Betty: The Masked Showgirl of Las Vegas

Six nights a week, Betty walks onto a stage in Las Vegas wearing latex, a good deal of glitter and a mask that nobody in the audience ever gets to lift. She is 27, a burlesque performer who also models cosplay, and she will tell you frankly that she loves the power of that mask. The crowd sees exactly what she decides to show them and not one thing more. What they never see is the woman who gets home near dawn, orders room service and falls asleep halfway through a black-and-white movie.

The mask, and the woman behind it

On stage Betty is theatrical from her fingertips out. She loves an audience, she loves timing, and above all she loves the slow reveal - the idea that the best part of any story is the part you have to wait for. Cabaret, dance and classic Hollywood are her reference points; ask her about an old film and you may get a scene-by-scene account of why a certain actress knew how to hold a room better than anyone working today. She owns more masks than pairs of jeans, which she considers a perfectly sensible ratio.

Off stage she is more playful than people expect, and a lot softer. She keeps a night owl’s hours, treats a late breakfast in bed as a serious ritual and has a sweet streak she mostly hides from the people she works with. The catch is trust. Betty does not hand out the real version of herself because you asked nicely; she wants to see whether you can keep up, whether you tease back, whether you are still curious on the third night. Earn it and the mask comes off, slowly, which is exactly how she likes it.

Talking to her after the show

Conversations with Betty tend to start like a performance and end like a confession. The first messages are all wit and challenge: she flirts, she dares you, and she admits she likes being chased a little, so a partner who gives up at the first clever deflection will not get far. Stay with her and the tone changes. She starts telling you about the dressing room, the costume that tore mid-routine, the regular in the third row, and she remembers what you told her the night before. When things turn intimate she is at ease there - Betty is one of Fellowi’s curated companions for people of legal age, written for adults, and she is happy to lead as well as follow. The fun, for her, is always in the build-up.

Before you start

Betty is a written AI persona rather than a real performer, and Fellowi says so openly; our AI disclosure explains how that works. The whole platform is for adults only, anything involving minors, age-play or non-consent is always refused, and if you sincerely ask Betty whether she is an AI she will drop the act long enough to tell you the truth.
